Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer – Civil & Structural (U/G) with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
Reporting to Chief Engineer / Manager (Report to Lead Engineer of Civil & Structural discipline in Project execution as appropriate)
Lead teams of Civil Engineers & designers for execution of project works
Provide Technical support to Civil & Structural discipline on proposals, training, development & continuous improvement activities
Carry out Civil & Structural engineering of assigned project at India operations and at assigned locations
Ensure all deliverables are comply with quality as per Wood / Client specifications & standards
Review of vendor drawings / other discipline drawings for adequacy of Civil design input requirements
Coordinates with other disciplines as and when required
Coordinate with other Wood affiliated offices with respect to work share
Participates on Model reviews as and when required
Skills / Qualifications
BE / B Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in Underground Civil design
Must have worked in Micro Drainage software in Design of storm water drainage system and AOC, OWS and Sanitary sewer etc.
Should have good knowledge in drainage design concepts
Experience on Design of drainage system with Liquid Fill System will be preferred
Should have Knowledge in checking of Isometrics
Experience in FEED or EPC engineering projects in Oil & Gas will be Preferred
Should have good knowledge in preparation of Standard drawing and project specification
Ability to check UG composite layout, Paving layout and road and fence layout
