Roles & Requirements: 

· Product Registration & License: Candidate must have hands on experience for cosmetics/Ayurveda products Registration and Certifications with Indian and International agencies. Lead the audit processes, ensure good documentation. 

· Product Certification: Good to have knowledge on standard certification processes for COSMOS, LACON, HALAL, VEGAN etc

· Claims Validation: To review product claims Wishlist, review clinical test protocols and relevant data to validate the feasibility of desired claims.

· R&D Lab QC (GLP validation) To assist the new lab get necessary certifications from short midterm. Periodically review lab, equipment’s+ documentation quality needed for audits – this can be included if the role can be based out of Delhi.

· Patent scoping & publications – Take active lead in patenting innovations, valorize the company’s scientific capacities through scientific publications.

· Key stakeholders: Lab, SCM, Marketing, Legal, factory
