JOB DESCRIPTION : Once selected have to undergo certain classes, IRDA exam and a mandatory training as advisor achieving certain specified task. Post probation will be promoted as business Development Team Leader and will have to recruit as well as manage the team to carry on daily chores of the company. 
SELECTION PROCESS :

2. Face to Face interview 

Job Type: Full-time 
Salary: 

Training process salary – 12000 to 15000 (based on your performance) 

After training monthly salary: 
basic+productivity bonus – 28000 to 30000
