● Generating leads and conversion to sales as per SBA’s instructions ● Track keeping of all leads and regular follow ups and update ● Meeting with customers, their detailed requirement analysis and business information ● Maintain and update key account records ● Document collection as and when required ● Checking CIBIL & other eligibility process. ● Acquire job knowledge on type loans and other financial services ● Explaining all loan conditions to customers as per the formats ● Updating reporting formats & MIS updates and regularly ● Develop referral networks, regenerate lead suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products ● Developing new business relations and opportunities
