We need suitable and eligible candidate for the post of Sr. Area Officer(E-1). We are looking for someone to build and maintain our sales team that exceeds revenue goals by driving clients results through creative marketing solutions. Candidate needs to have excellent communication ability interpersonal skills and selling abilities.This opening is for all block of Bihar.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

1. Sales based Job

2. You will have to promote our sales growth,

3. You will have to develop proactive approach to contact regularly with individual, businessman, retailer,etc.Liasioning with potential business customers,

4. Conceptualising and implement the sales promotion program for brand building,

5. Identifying and appointing the retail-centre for market penetration,

6. To recruit the Junior Sales Trainee at field level (Business Manager has been delegated the power to hire the employee @ local level)

6. Implement appropriate sales activities to achieve the sales target,

7. Collecting customer feedback and market research,

8. Assist the Executive Manager ( E-3) in achieving the growth rate,

9. To achieve the target of Business Turnover,

10. To co ordinate the local level officer

11. To send the MIS report to HQ,

12. To achieve the target transaction of specified amount by selling of our services

13. Promotion of our organisation through different schemes of organisations,

14. You will have to work the job of core consulting on the model of B2B, B2C Marketing,

15. You will have to liasioning with client,

16. Promote our franchise and core businesses,

17. Empanel the professional of local areas with our core team,

18. Need to work both in official as well field jobs too
