12+ Years of Experience functional/automation testing with 8+ years of experience in policy admin platforms in life insurance domain

should have demonstrated expertise in managing overall testing for policy Admin transformation/conversion projects and leading a combination of automation and manual test teams (10-20 members)

Experience in designing and driving overall validation test strategy (manual and automation covering functional and non-functional aspects) for large development projects

Must have worked in indian life insurance industry

Good reporting and analytical skills
